Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return policy provides for the return of any non-installed items in the original packaging within 30 days.
Requirements for a successful return
- Items must have been received by you in the last 30 days.
- The entire item must be returned in its original packaging, including all wrapping and factory carton.
- The original packaging must be free of any markings on the outside of the carton.
- The item must be packed exactly as it was shipped. Any slight variation can cause damage or scratching to the piece and could invalidate your return.
- Returns will be accepted with prior authorization only. Any returns received in our warehouse without an issued return authorization number will be ineligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your expense.
- Installed or customized items may not be returned.
Restocking fees
- All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Returns on expedited orders will automatically be charged a 30% restocking fee.
- Please note you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping, if applicable, including insurance for the full retail value of the item.
- The exact amount of the refund less applicable restocking fees will be determined once the product has safely reached our warehouse and been inspected.
- This process generally takes 7 to 10 days after the product reaches the warehouse.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been clearly identified as non-returnable
- Products that have been installed or assembled
- Products that are not in the original condition and packaging
- Products that are custom or special order to your specifications
- Large quantities of the same product
- Open-box items or clearance merchandise
